 I’m Patty Haling—a retired Family Nurse Practitioner, Functional Medicine Health Coach, and teacher of Vedic Meditation. 

With over 30 years in healthcare and a lifelong passion for healing, I’ve come to understand that true wellness isn’t just physical—it’s mental, emotional, and spiritual. Over the past six years, Vedic Meditation has transformed my own health and life. This is why I travelled to India, to complete Initiator Training with my teacher Thom Knoles and bring this 5000-year-old technique to you.  

  • Vedic Meditation calms the nervous system, quiets the mind, and connects with the deep well of peace within which rapidly promotes healing in the body.

  • Functional Medicine Coaching  addresses the root cause of inflammation, hormonal shifts, and chronic imbalances using a functional and integrative approach.
